Our 2 In 1 Chemical performs both an aggressive degreaser and a deruster in one operation. In one bath, we remove oils and dirt generated in the shop and some light rust while preparing the substrate (metal) for either paint or alternative processing. When following our recommended process parameters, steel parts, frames and fabricated components respond positively. Operators save time, as the parts do not require movement from one solution to another; consequently, fewer movements minimize the chance of surface damage and reduce the time required to rework.

Before dispatch, each batch of 2 In 1 Chemical is sampled and verified. However, plant performance is driven by the operator's discipline. If any areas of the operation experience rust breakthrough or oil remain on the substrate, we will ask the user to review both the concentration and contact time of 2 In 1 Chemical. Overly loaded tanks and extended cycle times are generally the cause of failure. The chemistry will work only if the process remains in control.
