Mistakes are hard to see on stainless steel. When there is an oil film or a fingerprint or even a weld mark, those defects can remain undetected until a coating application or packing exposes them. Therefore, SS Cleaner should be a component of your routine control rather than being used as a remedial step. SS Cleaner is manufactured in Ahmedabad for shops that work on stainless parts around-the-clock and cannot afford to receive complaints about their surfaces.

SS Cleaner removes grease, light oxidization, fabrication debris, etc., without affecting the substrate material. It removes material to prepare metal for passivation, pickling or finishing. The response is consistent, there are no noxious vapours and, as long as the operating parameters remain within acceptable limits, there will be no black splotches. Processed tanks, kitchen equipment, panels and machined parts all are produced consistently and are ready for the next processing stage.

Every SS Cleaner batch goes through a quality assurance procedure before packing. However, the factory floor is the best location for performing true quality assurance. If there is a stain or there is not as much shine on the part as there was previously, we will review the immersion time and rinses with the operator. The majority of the time the error is due to either skipping steps and/or re-using cleaning solution. Chemistry is predicated on following through with discipline.
