Old coatings conceal issues; cracks, rust and poor welds are hidden until they’re exposed through stripping. This means that paint stripping should be controlled by appropriate means, not through brute force. We produce paint strippers out of Ahmedabad on a continuous basis for machining shops that are engaged in the reworking of metal components, frames and coated articles each week.
The strippers we manufacture will completely dissolve one or more layers of coating materials without attacking the underlying base metal. Our strippers can be used to strip the coatings from steel, aluminium or manufactured assemblies where heating or blasting would not be feasible. When used at the required dilution, the strippers maintain their level of efficiency and will not burn the surface of the part being stripped, nor will they leave behind any sticky residue that would prevent rinsing. Once stripped, the parts will be ready to be inspected, repaired or have new coatings applied.
Since each batch of each paint stripper is tested prior to shipment, the true performance of the stripper is evident once the parts have been stripped. When stripping products in corners or edges, we would examine the time it took to remove the coating from those areas as well as how the parts were oriented to each other. If metal appears dull, we may check bath temp, flow of rinse water, and number of times the stripper has been used. Even the smallest bad process areas can attribute to significant quality loss.
Regularly supplying industries in Gujarat and throughout India's manufacturing clusters. The packaging options we offer support both repair shop and continuous stripping line operations. The shipping schedules based on the actual amount of work performed.
Stripping paint is not a speed issue; it is an issue of maintaining control prior to applying the next coat.
If you have any questions about your stripping process (ex. residue, metal damage), please let us know the coating type and the length of time needed for processing your materials. We will provide the proper chemistry so that your products do not require rework on a continuing basis.
