Brass & Copper Cleaner

Brass and Copper are not loud fail. They will fade, stain and lose finish over time. By the time they show defects, the parts have already continued on to the next stage. This is why cleaning them with a controlled plan is important and not guesswork. We manufacture a Brass and Copper cleaner in Ahmedabad for those facilities that work with decorative and functional non-ferrous parts every day.

The Brass and Copper Cleaner will eliminate oxidation, oil films and handling marks from the surface, thus not roughening it. It will restore the natural metal colour while preparing the parts for lacquering, plating or packing. The reaction will always remain consistent as long as it is used within recommended limits. There will be no heavy etching and no areas with a different gloss or colour. Some examples of components cleaned with the Brass & Copper Cleaner are: fittings, electrical contacts, engraved nameplates and machining components.

Each batch will have had quality control inspections before shipment. However, the results from the plant are always more important than lab test results. If a reduction in brightness or stains occur, we will check immersion time or rinse quality with the customer. Many times all it takes is one or two minor adjustments in the process to resolve an issue. Chemistry will only work if the process is disciplined.
