We produce 3 In 1 Chemical from our facility in Ahmedabad to allow manufacturing plants to clean, de-rust and phosphatize in one process instead of three separate tanks.

3 In 1 Chemical's ability to remove oils, loosen surface rust, and leave a light protective coating of the substrate all in one pass, makes it a useful processing solution for use on steel parts, panels, brackets and fabricated parts where a batch process is more suitable. Operators no longer need to transfer parts between multiple solutions. The reduction in the number transfers means less chance of handling marks and less process loss. Bath chemistry remains stable as long as temperature and dilution are within acceptable limits.

Every lot of 3 In 1 Chemical is checked prior to shipment; however, the final results are still determined by how the line is run. If there is a noticeable thinness in the coating, or surface rust returns after application of the coating, the epoxy manufacturer will review immersion time and load factor with the user. Many of these problems arise from crowded tanks, as well as not ridding surface contaminants completely from the surface of substrate due to skipping the rinse step following the application of the cleaning solution. Simple discipline in the operating process will give you consistent, predictable results every time.
