Blackodising Chemical

The black finish on metal items appears to be quite straight-forward from the outside. However, the actual process to achieve the proper finish requires careful control of chemistry, time and bath. We manufacture "blackodising" chemicals in Ahmedabad for companies that run daily production operations and cannot tolerate variations in shade or inconsistent coatings.

Our blackodising chemical is designed to produce a consistent chemical reaction on steel components. This creates a uniform layer of black, providing corrosion resistance and a clean appearance prior to applying oil or sealant. The cartonworks well on fasteners, tools, fabricated parts and machined components. This product gives operators a predictable bath life and low sludge buildup as long as the operating parameters are maintained.

Each lot of product is thoroughly tested in our laboratory prior to being shipped. Following that, we rely on customer feedback based upon field use of the goods. In the event that there is greying or other unevenness of the coating, we review the customer's operating temperature as well as the immersion time. Supporting the customer's blackodising process is as important to us as selling drums of product.
