Aluminum Cleaner

Aluminum components appear to be free of any contaminants until the presence of oil stains, corrosion traces and dirt from hand contact cause accurate paint adherence to the surface to become eliminated. The purpose of an aluminum cleaner is to clean the surface of aluminum parts before proceeding with any other treatment of the surface. Aluminum cleaning chemicals manufactured in our facility in Ahmedabad are specifically created for the purpose of removing oils, light corrosion and shop floor contaminates from aluminum parts processed (as sheets, profiles and machined components) every day by manufacturing facilities.

Aluminum cleaning products remove grease, light corrosion and shop floor contaminates from aluminum without attacking the aluminum itself. In doing so, aluminum cleaner leaves a properly cleaned surface able to accept chromate, painted or passivated finishes. Some examples of surfaces suitable for aluminum cleaners would include window frames, electrical parts, enclosures and fabricated aluminum structures. Operators like to use aluminum cleaners because they maintain control over the reactant and do not leave cloudy, flash or spotty residues, as long as they are used in accordance with the instructions.

Before packaging each batch for shipping, we perform an internal test on each batch. Then we offer practical assistance to our customers. If foaming during cleaning increases or if cleaning any of the surfaces we provide does not produce clean results as expected, we meet with the customer to measure and assess the hardness of the water being used and the loading of their cleaning bath. Making small changes in the process quite often resolves large quality issues.
